Oh my goodness, this is the first I have heard about John.  He worked with my mother, Frankie Broome, at J.C. Penney's.  I remember his two room mates and going dancing with him (I was in high school).  He picked out my prom dress and had a corsage made to match a piece of the material.  I have so many memories flooding my mind right now.  I saw him about 15 years ago when he was working at Greenbrier mall and he didn't recognize me but when I told him who I was he asked what happened to my freckles (they are mostly age spots).  What a kind and talented person.  He used to do the art shows at Southern Shopping Center and people would always ask us if we took dance classes together.  He was one of my all time favorite dance partners.

What a great friend he was from junior high up.  He was one of the gang of fun lovers.  He will be so missed.
