Did not know that Charlie passed away. Think of him going back to our days in Azalea Acres, He and Wayne Jones and Donald Driskill and others were our best friends in the neighborhood and at school. My sister, Joan Mullen also passed away at age 56 from cancer. Going through this Norview site, I see Wayne Jones has also passed, Charlie was a good  friend and we had so much fun in the neighborhood from preteen to when we moved on.  In particular with this last snow, I remember us kids including Charlie going sleding being pulled on the back of somebodys car in the big snows in Azalea Acres, happy memories. Nice to know he had a good family , wife and kids. I always thought he was an engineer at one of the cities here, don't know why I thought that, but he was always a cheerful one.
