2023-12-13 2015-01-22Richard Elliott "Santa" Strickland, 69, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015, in his home. Born in Norfolk, VA, he was a Welder and Planner Estimator with NADAP. Left to cherish his memory are his partner of 27 years, Edith Regula; son, Andy Strickland; brothers, Larry Basham and Sonny Shipp; a sister, Annabelle; one nephew and nieces. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at Miles Memorial United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel.
