Candace (Candy) Reed Warren, 67 of Virginia Beach, VA passed away peacefully on December 20, 2013 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born to the late Kenneth and Muriel Reed , Sept. 19, 1946 in Portsmouth, Va. Candy is survived by her soul mate and loving husband Troy J. Warren of 23 years, and her brother Thomas Reed of Kill Devil Hills, NC.
